Osama Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. These attacks killed over 200 people. John Boulachanis has a Canada-wide warrant out for his arrest for a first degree murder in 1997, though the body wasn't discovered until 2001. He allegedly executed and buried the victim with an accomplice, who was later arrested. Boulachanis was later seen in the U.S. but his whereabouts are unknown. (HO)


Jason Derek Brown is wanted for murder and armed robbery in Phoenix, Ariz. In November of 2004, Brown allegedly shot and killed an armored car guard outside an AMC movie theatre and then fled with the money. While cops haven't ruled out that Brown may have fled to someplace warm detectives think he could be in western Canada.

James Joseph 'Whitey' Bulger, Jr. is the alleged leader of the Winter Hill Gang, an Irish-American crime family operating in the region of Boston, Mass. He is being sought for his role in numerous murders committed from the early '70s through the mid-'80s. After spottings in Europe, Bulger is now second on the FBI's most wanted list, just under Osama bin Laden.

Robert William Fisher is wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale, Ariz., in April of 2001. With ties to New Mexico and Florida, Fisher is believed to be in possession of several weapons.


Alexis Flores is wanted for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a five-year-old girl Philadelphia, Pa. The girl was reported missing in late July of 2000, and later found strangled to death in a nearby apartment the following month. (HO)

Glen Stewart Godwin has been one of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives since December 7, 1996, after he escaped from Folsom Prison in California where he was serving a lengthy sentence for murder. Godwin was re-arrested in Mexico in 1987, but managed to escape the Mexican jail and disappeared once again.

Paul Layoun (left) and Robin Coté are wanted for first degree murder, kidnapping, extortion, robbery, aggravated assault & conspiracy to commit. A drug mule, Graeme Ferguson, died on a street corner in Ottawa on July 19, 2005 from injuries he received from several days of torture allegedly committed by Layoun, Cote and Kim Tessier (who eventually turned himself in). Dennis Melvyn Howe is a suspect in the murder of Sharin Morningstar Keenan. A 1996 police computer composite shows how Howe might have looked at 58.


Samuel Kwablah Tamatey is wanted in the first degree murder of Joseph Ewudzi Woode on March 17, 1995 in Etobicoke. (HO)
