Glen Stewart Godwin has been one of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives since December 7, 1996, after he escaped from Folsom Prison in California where he was serving a lengthy sentence for murder. Godwin was re-arrested in Mexico in 1987, but managed to escape the Mexican jail and disappeared once again.

Paul Layoun (left) and Robin Coté are wanted for first degree murder, kidnapping, extortion, robbery, aggravated assault & conspiracy to commit. A drug mule, Graeme Ferguson, died on a street corner in Ottawa on July 19, 2005 from injuries he received from several days of torture allegedly committed by Layoun, Cote and Kim Tessier (who eventually turned himself in).
